Our History
Tried & True Home Cleaning first began in 2010 by the owner, Susan Hernandez. Susan decided to return to the workplace. She started working for a $25 billion company as a merchandising analyst. The work was unrewarding and the hours were long, which kept her away from her children.
Following her crazy passion for cleaning and the desire to spend more time with her kids, she completed a business plan for what we now call Tried & True Home Cleaning. Susan started learning all she could about cleaning professionally and running a successful business. Unfortunately, in August 2019, Susan lost the battle to cancer and left the company to her partner Johanna, who helped Susan start this business.
Currently, Johanna works on growing the company while her valued employees work on keeping the business going strong every day. She truly believes in teamwork and maintaining a balance between work and family.
